I have been a successful manager with my company for 17 years. I’m a working mother of two and a devoted wife. My professional world has been significant in building my confidence and self esteem. Success in the workplace notably contributes to who I am and how I feel.

While my company was happy with my performance, I was not. I realized that I wasn’t learning or doing anything different. I didn’t feel like I was making a significant impact in the performance of my departments. Keep in mind, I have built a reputation for problem solving and yet I just couldn’t clearly see what needed to be done. I could not identify what needed to happen to turn the dial into “high impact”. I felt, beige.

I had heard about Life Coaches but I thought they were for people who had a lot of time and a lot of money. I guess I didn’t expect that a Life Coach would be able to introduce “tools” that when used, had instant results.

I remember my very first session with Aimee. She gave me two tools that I put into practice right away. I could see evidence of success from these tools on day one. I love instant gratification – and WOW this was instant!

Aimee helps me identify what’s not working – fast. Before Aimee, I would spend huge amounts of time trying to identify the issue(s), the frustrations in my life. Forget about fixing them…I couldn’t determine what they were. Aimee’s coaching takes the fog right out of things. She helps you see things clearly. Once the fog is removed, it becomes easy to go into action.

Shortening the gap between “something isn’t working” and “here’s what I need to do” is priceless and it’s what Aimee provides. Her coaching/mentoring feels good and right. After our coaching sessions, I feel revitalized. My coaching sessions with Aimee are building something very powerful – my SELF.

My results have been powerful too! Within 90 days of coaching, my company gave me a new area of responsibility, completely designed to grow, me! Ha! My two departments that I oversee have hit budgeted revenue for the last 3 months. Ha! Ha!

My home life, while still incredibly active (with two working parents and two toddlers) is thriving. The phone calls between my husband and I that were once filled with “…where are the ballet tights?” and “…did you re-schedule the dentist appointments?”…Are now filled with “…just thinking of you…I hope your meeting goes well”.

My advice for those thinking of working with Aimee is to get inquisitive, be curious. Get more information and pick up the phone and schedule a get acquainted session. I sound a little like an infomercial, but I truly believe you will know if this is right for you after that call. I recommend Aimee Yawnick to women looking for life to be graceful, happy and productive. Women looking to add the vitality back into their lives!
